At FedVisor, we didn’t learn how to maximize the value of federally tenanted real estate from the outside looking in.

We’ve leased, built, owned, operated, and optimized it—at scale.

FedVisor’s platform is rooted in decades of experience owning and managing all aspects of federally tenanted properties. Established as an extension of Kaufman Jacobs (founded in 1947), the firm brings the same owner-driven approach, institutional rigor, and hands-on execution to its work.

For the first time in Kaufman Jacobs’ 80 year history, the same management expertise previously confined solely to in-house assets is now being offered to outside ownership groups.

Sam Fuchs

CEO

Sam has more than 20 years of experience overseeing the ownership of a large portfolio of GSA leased assets, including asset and property management, leasing, and dispositions. His hands-on approach and attention to detail have resulted in outsized property and investor success.

Lindsey Snow

Director of Government Leasing

Lindsey is a former Regional Leasing Director at GSA, where she oversaw a portfolio of more than 460 leases and a team of 50 professionals. She brings over 20 years of experience in the field and doesn’t just know GSA leases; she has drafted language used in them nationally.

Jeremy has more than 20 years of experience acquiring and capitalizing federally tenanted real estate. He was the driving force behind the acquisition and turnaround of the GSA-focused Rubicon US REIT and specializes in complex deal structures.

Gil has nearly 20 years of experience overseeing property and asset management across more than 1 million SF of GSA tenanted properties. He and Sam have worked as a team since 2010.

Michael has more than 15 years of experience assisting with the analysis and oversight of federally tenanted real estate, and more than 35 years in information technology. He is responsible for all aspects of IT at FedVisor.

Erin is a registered CPA and has more than 12 years of experience performing accounting oversight of federally tenanted properties. She is responsible for the supervision and execution of all FedVisor property management accounting functions.
